Privacy Policy
What visitor data this site processes, how long it is kept and your rights under PIPEDA, with recourse to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This policy covers the personal information processed when you visit, and it applies to this website alone, not to any casino linked from it. The site collects the minimum needed to operate and sells data to no one.
Server logs
Opening the site leaves standard technical traces on the server: IP address, browser and device type, time of access and pages viewed. These logs exist for stability and security, are kept for a short period and are then deleted, unless a security incident requires holding them longer. They are not used to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
Basic cookies keep the site functions running, while statistics cookies load only after your consent through the cookie notice. A dedicated Cookies Policy on this site walks through each type and the browser settings that control them. Refusing optional cookies leaves every page fully readable.
Messages you send
A message through the contact form or by email brings us your address and whatever details you include, processed solely to answer you. Closed conversations are deleted unless a legal duty says otherwise. Passwords, card numbers and casino account credentials are never requested and should never be sent.
External sites
Links on this site lead to casinos operated by other companies, and their own privacy terms take over the moment you land there. No personal data travels with you through a partner link, it only signals that a visitor came from this site. Reading an operator privacy policy before registering is always worth the time.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you can request access to the data held about you, ask for corrections or request deletion where the law allows it. Requests receive an answer within a reasonable time. A complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada remains open to you as well, and residents of Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia hold further rights under provincial statutes.
Changes
This policy changes when the law or the site functions do, and the version published here is always the binding one. A short look on a later visit keeps you current. The footer of the site shows the date of the last revision.
